- Remove hard skin with a foot file, best done before a bath when feet are dry
- Wash and clean feet thoroughly each day, no need to soak
- Dry your feet and between the toes thoroughly
- Trim toe nails regularly, straight across not down the corners
- Apply moisture cream to feet, and heels avoid between the toes
- Massage cream into the feet to improve circulation an keep warm
- Allow your nails to breath by avoiding constant use of nail varnish
- Wear cotton socks, or natural fibres where possible
- Avoid fully enclosed shoes for constant wear
- Visit your foot care specialist regularly to keep your feet healthy
